Coaching for people, leaders and teams
Coaching is a structured conversation that helps you think through a real situation, decide what matters and take your next step. At Edengard, Tamara Georgiadou coaches individuals, leaders and teams online and in Cyprus, and offers supervision for practising coaches.

The EMPOWER coaching model
Tamara developed EMPOWER in 2016 for her first coaching diploma (ICF). Its six steps form a circle around your purpose: every step serves it, and after re-evaluating, the circle begins again.
Explore
Who you are, where you are now and where you want to go: your values, beliefs, strengths, challenges and dreams. Exploring runs through every other step.
Map
A visual map, on paper or in an app, of everything you want for your future.
Prioritise
You decide what matters most and fits your purpose and values, and what to keep from the map.
Objectify
You commit to written, SMART objectives and check them against your strengths, challenges and resources.
Work & action points
Concrete actions for each objective, with accountability and support. This is where the change happens.
Re-evaluate
You review your actions, your objectives and your purpose itself, because people grow and purposes change. Then the circle starts again.
Ten themes at the heart of Tamara's coaching: empowerment, transformation, purpose, motivation, self-esteem, love, harmony, progress, relationships and career.
The 5E model for changing organisational culture
In 2019, Tamara developed her own 5E model for changing organisational culture. She uses it in her consulting work with organisations.

Frequently asked questions
What is coaching?
Coaching is a professional conversation in which you work on your own goals and questions. The coach listens, asks questions and helps you reflect, so that you find answers that fit your situation.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on the present and on your next steps. If you are dealing with mental health difficulties, a therapist or doctor is the right first contact.
How long is a session, and what does it cost?
A session lasts 50 minutes and takes place online via Zoom or in person in Cyprus. Fees are available on request.
Do you offer group coaching and group mentoring?
Yes. Group coaching, group mentoring and group supervision take place in small groups of up to six people.
