Mentoring for leaders and professionals
Leadership mentoring gives you an experienced sounding board outside your line of management. You bring the questions from your role; your mentor shares perspective, asks questions and helps you test your own decisions.
For people who are growing into more responsibility and want an experienced conversation partner who understands organisations from the inside.

This is for you if
- You have recently stepped into a leadership or management role.
- You are responsible for people, policies or change for the first time.
- You want an outside perspective on organisational life.
- You are planning your next career step.
What we can work on
- Finding your way in a new role
- Working with people and teams
- Structure, policies and organisational culture
- Change, priorities and difficult decisions
- Your own development and career direction
Why Tamara
Tamara has worked in-house on organisational development: change, structure, policies, culture, people and performance management, and employee development. In mentoring she shares that experience where it helps, while your context and your choices stay at the centre.
What others say about Tamara
Some people make a difference in your life. And then there are people who help shape the person you become. Tamara has been all of this and so much more to me. She was my mentor, my coach, my supervisor, my manager, and, above all at the end, my friend. … Her support has been exemplary, not only in what she did for me, but in the way she did it: with generosity, wisdom, encouragement, and a genuine belief in people.
