In short
Edengard – Empowerment & Personal Development Center was founded in Nicosia, Cyprus, in 2018 by Tamara Georgiadou. Its purpose is to empower, facilitate change and transformation, and help individuals and organisations reach their highest potential and fulfil their purpose.
How Edengard began
Edengard grew out of a wish Tamara Georgiadou had carried since her early years: to help people find their own answers, move on in their lives and be happy. People would approach her and simply start talking. They felt they could trust her.
After years of counselling and education work in civil society and five and a half years in the corporate world, she founded Edengard in 2018 as an Empowerment and Personal Development Center. In December 2018 she introduced it with the words: “Finally, a dream came true!”
The name Edengard was inspired by the biblical Garden of Eden, paradise on Earth. It envisions a place where everyone has the opportunity to learn, to (self-)reflect, to be inspired, to grow and develop, and to (re)create their way of being, living and working.
Edengard started with interactive workshops in Nicosia. The first, “The Power of Touch”, took place in February 2019 and became the start of the series “The Power of…”. In autumn 2019 the Empowering Youth cycle with young people followed. Today Edengard offers coaching, mentoring, training and consulting, online and in person.
From early years I wanted to commit myself to helping people find their answers, move on in their lives and be happy. … My purpose is to bring transcendence!
