Coach and mentor supervision
A reflective space for your practice.
Coach and mentor supervision is a regular, confidential space in which coaches and mentors reflect on their client work, their own reactions and ethical questions. It supports the quality of the work and the wellbeing of the practitioner. Professional bodies such as EMCC encourage ongoing supervision.
An opportunity for coaches to step back, examine their work and bring professional questions into a thoughtful conversation.

This is for you if
- You want to reflect on your coaching relationships.
- An ethical or professional question needs attention.
- You want to examine the assumptions you bring to your work.
What we can work on

What others say about Tamara
Tamara has been a meaningful presence in my professional journey. Our conversations have inspired me, challenged my thinking, and supported my growth. I deeply admire her integrity, wisdom, and commitment to continuous development. Through her work as a coach and supervisor, she makes a lasting impact on the coaching community. I feel truly grateful for her support, the insights she has shared, and, above all, the person she is.
Some people make a difference in your life. And then there are people who help shape the person you become. Tamara has been all of this and so much more to me. She was my mentor, my coach, my supervisor, my manager, and, above all at the end, my friend. … Her support has been exemplary, not only in what she did for me, but in the way she did it: with generosity, wisdom, encouragement, and a genuine belief in people.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer group supervision?
Yes. Supervision is available one-to-one and in small groups of up to six people.
What is the difference between supervision and mentoring for coaches?
Supervision focuses on your client work, your reactions and ethical questions. Mentoring for coaches focuses more on developing your skills and practice, and the mentor shares experience. Tamara offers both.
Is supervision the same as mentor coaching?
The terms can describe different purposes and arrangements. Ask about the focus of the work and how it relates to your particular learning or accreditation needs; no accreditation outcome is guaranteed.
How long is a session, and what does it cost?
A session lasts 50 minutes and takes place online via Zoom or in person in Cyprus. Fees are available on request.
