What we collect and why
When you contact us by email or through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, your area of interest and the content of your message. We use these details only to answer your enquiry and to prepare any work you ask for. Please do not send health information or confidential details about other people through the website.
Legal basis and storage
We process your details to take steps at your request before a possible agreement and with your consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR). Enquiries that do not lead to a working relationship are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, the separate privacy notice for clients applies.
Email provider
Messages are received in an email account provided by Google (Gmail). Google may process data in the USA; Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. [If a form service is used for the contact form, name it here, with its location and safeguards.]
Online booking
If you book a session through our booking page, Calendly LLC (USA) processes your name, email address, the time you choose and any notes you add, on our behalf, to manage the appointment. Calendly is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: steps at your request before an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany, on servers in Germany. When you visit the website, the server automatically records technical access data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) to deliver the pages securely. STRATO anonymises the IP addresses in these logs. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement with STRATO is in place.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from this website itself, not from third parties.
Links to social networks
We link to Edengard's pages on Facebook and LinkedIn. These are plain links: no data is sent to these networks until you click them. After that, the privacy policy of the respective network applies.
Coaching clients
If you become a client, a separate privacy notice explains how session notes and other client data are handled. It is part of the coaching agreement.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data, object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time by email. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (www.dataprotection.gov.cy).
