Tamara's path

Tamara Georgiadou has more than 20 years of varied work experience in project management, advocacy, counselling, education, corporate services, coaching, mentoring and organisational development. Her work spans NGOs and European projects, the private sector, the organisational development of an SME, and volunteer leadership in the global coaching community with EMCC.

She is an intuitive empowerment coach and mentor. Her aspiration is transcendence: for herself, for individuals, for leaders and for organisations.

A new chapter for Edengard.
An experienced coach alongside you.

After a period with a strong focus on in-house organisational work, Tamara is renewing her focus on independent coaching through Edengard. She brings that experience directly to people making decisions, navigating change and taking on new responsibilities.

Organisations invite Tamara as a guest speaker. Talks and workshops are shared on the Edengard Facebook page.

What others say about Tamara

Tamara has been a meaningful presence in my professional journey. Our conversations have inspired me, challenged my thinking, and supported my growth. I deeply admire her integrity, wisdom, and commitment to continuous development. Through her work as a coach and supervisor, she makes a lasting impact on the coaching community. I feel truly grateful for her support, the insights she has shared, and, above all, the person she is.

Iris Baloglou, PCC, CMCExecutive Coach, Mentor Coach and Supervisor, Athens

Some people make a difference in your life. And then there are people who help shape the person you become.

Tamara has been all of this and so much more to me. She was my mentor, my coach, my supervisor, my manager, and, above all at the end, my friend. Many years ago, she believed in me, trusted me, supported me, and gave me opportunities that helped me grow and move forward. She saw something in me before I could fully see it myself.

I trusted her, just as she trusted me. And that mutual trust has been one of the greatest gifts of our journey together. Her support has been exemplary, not only in what she did for me, but in the way she did it: with generosity, wisdom, encouragement, and a genuine belief in people.

I honestly don't think I would be where I am today, doing what I do with so much passion, love, and dedication, without her influence and support. She helped me find my path in this last chapter of my professional life, gave me the confidence to take on new challenges, and inspired me through her own example.

I am deeply grateful for everything she has given me, professionally and personally. Some relationships go far beyond roles and titles. Ours is one of them, and I will always treasure it.

Thank you, Tamara, for believing in me, for standing by me, and for being such an important part of my journey.
