Mentoring for coaches
Mentoring for coaches supports you in developing your practice: how you contract, how you work with clients and how you understand professional standards. It draws on Tamara Georgiadou's experience in coaching quality, assessment and accreditation with EMCC Global.
For coaches who want to grow their skills and their practice with someone who knows the profession's standards from the inside.

This is for you if
- You are a newly qualified coach building your practice.
- You want to review your work against professional standards.
- You are considering a credential and want to understand what quality means in practice.
- You want a regular space to discuss questions from your work.
What we can work on
- Contracting and agreements with clients
- Ethics and professional boundaries
- Learning from your own sessions
- Quality and continuing professional development
- Building a sustainable practice
Why Tamara
Tamara is active in the coaching profession as an EMCC Global assessor, verifier and accreditation manager, and as a quality awards advisor. In mentoring she offers perspective on quality and practice, while your own development stays at the centre.
What others say about Tamara
Tamara has been a meaningful presence in my professional journey. Our conversations have inspired me, challenged my thinking, and supported my growth. I deeply admire her integrity, wisdom, and commitment to continuous development. Through her work as a coach and supervisor, she makes a lasting impact on the coaching community. I feel truly grateful for her support, the insights she has shared, and, above all, the person she is.
Some people make a difference in your life. And then there are people who help shape the person you become. Tamara has been all of this and so much more to me. She was my mentor, my coach, my supervisor, my manager, and, above all at the end, my friend. … Her support has been exemplary, not only in what she did for me, but in the way she did it: with generosity, wisdom, encouragement, and a genuine belief in people.

Frequently asked questions
Does mentoring help with EMCC accreditation?
Mentoring can help you reflect on your practice and understand what professional standards ask of a coach. It is separate from any accreditation decision and does not influence its outcome.
What is the difference between mentoring and supervision for coaches?
Supervision focuses on your client work, your reactions and ethical questions. Mentoring focuses more on developing your skills and practice, and the mentor shares experience.
How long is a session, and what does it cost?
